Production- In order to develop offered products, we make use of latest welding, cutting, lathe and many other specific machines and tools. With use of modern technology, we get products of better quality and impressive features.

Facilities for making Welded Pipes & Tubes- Employing fully automatic precision process, cold rolled Stainless Steel strips are welded into tubes at our premises. We make use of rollers, TIG welding machines, automatic bead polishing machines, etc., to develop offered pipes & tubes. Using modern machines, our experts cut tubes into required lengths and then they are taken for cold drawn, annealed, pickled, straightened, passivated and polished stage. 

Annealing- In this process, tubes are carried out in fully automatic conveyors to specific heat temperature and then immediate quenching is done in circulating water.

Straightening- After heat treatment in annealing, tubes are taken for straightening in machines and then rounded up during operations. 

Polishing- To do polishing work of tubes & pipes, we have state-of-the-art polishing machines and tools. With the help of our machines, we do polishing from 120 grit to mirror finish as per requirements of customers. Due to support of our facilities, we are polishing tubes & pipes that are acceptable in general engineering, architecture, dairy & food processing and many other industries. 

We are capable of developing pipes in thicknesses of 800 MT and in length of 6 to 7 meters.

• Hydrostatic testing to check tube leakage.
• Marketing to ensure traceability and identification 
• Air under pressure test for check air leakage
• Visual inspection to examine surface defects and other imperfections

In addition, we conduct supplementary testing which includes Eddy Current Testing, O.P.Testing, Radiography Testing, Micro, Macro & UGC Corrosion Testing, Ultrasonic Testing and Liquid Penetrate Testing.
